Let's just say, Payson has it's "vibe"......and this Starbucks disappointed me and killed my vibe. 1. The cashier did not ask my name for the order. 2. The barista was this young guy (Garrett) who seemed to give off racist vibes for sure, but what do you expect from a small town in AZ. Anyways, definitely will not come back to this location.
Sibhion ( my apologies I may have spelled her name wrong) has been working for the company for 30+ years; she knows what she’s talking about and customer service is excellent! My drink was made perfectly for once in a long time. Give her a promotion!
