Im tired of this setup over here. The ammount of attitude, crappy customer service and drinks ive ordered here is ridiculous. I thought maybe it was just someone having a bad day. Nope its sheer attitude. Lady is clearly busy wrapping up trash work, looks at me keeps her head down keeps moving stuff around. I end up sitting there a few minutes wondering if they were closed or something. She just says no an continues to do whatever she was doing. Our favorite .. 3 Starbucks around same intersection but we go to this store, in Bashas, in Payson for excellent service and perfect coffee ..Barista Stacy was so fabulous .. Fun, engaging, knowledgeable and professional .. great store.
Let's just say, Payson has it's "vibe"......and this Starbucks disappointed me and killed my vibe. 1. The cashier did not ask my name for the order. 2. The barista was this young guy (Garrett) who seemed to give off racist vibes for sure, but what do you expect from a small town in AZ. Anyways, definitely will not come back to this location.
