Only gave one star for service because they ask for a tip for NO reason only thing they do is make a coffee like your not a waitress you don't need a tip to do your job. I feel like McDonald's will start doing the same thing soon.
Gave us the wrong items to start with, then told us it would be 5 more minutes for one of our three items even though it was just a normal menu item with a few scoops of powder added. We were told to pull forward. When a second person came out to deliver the final item they were rude and said we should have pulled further forward. The drink that was supposed to be iced was warm. Really shabby service and sub-par drink prep. Embarrassing for them.
Service and courtesy needs work.
