I will order up to fifteen minutes.In advance and my order still won't be ready and it will be sitting right in front of me, while the baristas will be making other drinks that came in ten minutes after mine. ordering at this location has repeatedly made me late.And I am very good with time management. not to mention that I have seen the baristas make my drink incorrectly after reading the label itself on it. Horrendously slow
The service was above than I expected from a Starbucks shop. Very kind and professional.
One star is too generous for this place. I mobile ordered a coffee and still had to wait 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES! I could've flown to Seattle, picked my own beans, roasted them, and brewed the coffee myself in that time. The staff just moseyed around like they had all the time in the world. And after making me wait for what felt like an eternity, the barista had the audacity to smile at me. As if my wasted time was a joke to them.
