The people working on May 10th 2026 at 7:22pm made our drinks absolutely to perfection. Did everything we asked for to the tee. Bravo!!!!
Ask for a venti with a shot of espresso they didn't put the espresso in it and they gave me milk I even gave a $2 tip I paid for the expresso and didn't get it here's the thing this person didn't do this once did it twice what's up with this barista
Went through the drive through after placing a mobile order for two drinks. The lady at the window was pretty rude and after she handed me my drinks I asked for 2 straws and she grabbed them aggressively through the window and shut the window on me again aggressively. Maybe she was just having a bad day but did not need to reflect onto me!
this is literally straight water. i’m disappointed that i paid for this.
Always go through the drive through, but went inside and really enjoyed the environment! Glade we have a real Jenison location!
