Everytime I’ve been here the staff has been so sweet and welcoming! Drinks + food are always perfect. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for drinks but that’s to be expected with a busy location!
The staff is decent. They get an extra star for that. It does take a while to get your order in the morning, but that’s a typical busy Starbucks. It’s why you order ahead. Although, the food always comes out significantly earlier than a regular coffee, which is frustrating. They do need to yell the names louder because if you’re sitting there waiting at a table it’s very hard to hear them. The place is dirty. Just left jenison store and not sure how long MADDIE has been there but she was rude and snarky! Someone needs to retrain her on customer service
Drinks are always made timely and are correct/consistent. Staff is always friendly and pleasant
