Normally this is my go to Starbucks that I visit at least once a week. I'm guessing the issue this morning was they overlooked my drink or maybe someone took my drink, but I had to wait 20 minutes for an Americano. When I can see that drinks that were ordered after mine were coming through by the dozens you know it's a problem. I made a mobile order so that way I didn't have to necessarily wait and it looks like it would have been better if I just went through the drive-thru.
