Consistency would be great. Get this everyday at other Starbucks. Usually the amount of liquid here is the amount of room at the top. This obviously is not with light water let alone a proper portion of cream ordered.
The line was so long I didn’t see the voice screen to order o thought we order by the window I got to the window the barista asked what’s your order I explained what happened asked me go back to the long line and order I used to work in Starbucks I would never do that to my customer I would take the order and help I asked to speak to a manager he said I am the manager and I am not taking the order Terrible customer service I will never come back to this Starbucks
Horrible location. Go here when you’re in a really bad mood to make it worse. These people know how to kick you when you’re down. Great amusement park line simulator, too.
