This is the most absolutely useless Starbucks in the entire Chicagoland area. It is so poorly run. They make up their own hours as they go. It's always understaffed. I have no idea how this location even stays open.
Constantly understaffed. No one answers the drive thru ordering. If you’re busy then say “I’ll be with you in just a moment.” No basic customer service.
