Great service and coffee.
When I go to this location, I’m either met with poor service or poor coffee. Tonite, I was met with excellent service (wish I knew his name bc he was so sweet) but the coffee taste like warm water. It’s unfortunate because I have a long night ahead of me, but I just know I’m done trying to force myself to like this location just out of convenience.
This Starbucks location takes way too long to fulfill an order and they never make the drinks correctly. There have been many times where I would be the only person in the lobby or drive thru, and I would have to wait 10+ minutes. I don’t understand why it is so hard for the baristas to follow simple directions when it comes to crafting the drinks. It is frustrating when the barista hands you your drink and it is the wrong color. If you’re reading this, just drive to Longview to get a Starbucks drink.
