The barista that took my order was very unfriendly and rude. It is red cup day and I had to argue with her about whether or not the drink I purchased qualified to receive the free cup, it did. Finally the girl that was preparing the drink checked and told her it was included in the holiday drink list. I didn't get an apology or any acknowledgment that she was wrong, just handed me the cup and walked away. This was my first time visiting this Starbucks location, and I’m honestly shocked by how poor the service was. The barista, Mallory, was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. She barely acknowledged me when I ordered, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, and had an overall negative attitude. Absolutely love this Starbucks. Just got my latte. The baristas were kind and made an amazing coffee that wasn't watered down, like it had been at another local grocery store Starbucks. Super cute cup made my day too.

The service was not friendly at all, not pleasant at all, they didn't let me use my app to scan and they got my order wrong.
