Great atmosphere.
So I didn't want to write a review that wasn't so great but unfortunately I can't see my personal orders getting any better. Now that I have the app and the baristas know my name, because I don't tip, they make my venti drinks very poorly. I've been to other Starbucks and have gotten the same thing with much better quality. There is an older man in the drive thru who never seems to be in a good mood. I see this was mentioned in previous reviews. I ordered two teas through mobile order and the drinks weren’t the correct size so instead of contacting inside the app I went back to the cafe drive thru and he was unnecessarily rude. The inside is always nice but the drive thru is consistently like this.
Amazing teamwork and customer service! The crew at the Oakleaf store were super quick and attentive. I & all my teens were super happy w/the delicious treats! Thanks everybody, y’all rock!
