I stopped by Starbucks on my birthday to grab my free drink and placed a mobile order while I was already in the drive-thru, fully expecting to wait. There was no one behind me, but the employee at the window (older gentleman with white hair) was noticeably rude and sounded very annoyed with me for placing the order that way. The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly and honestly put a damper on what was supposed to be a simple birthday treat. The chairs here are god awful, pls put chairs with back rest. Some ppl don’t like to look like the letter C
Fantastic Staff! Always friendly and professional! They strive for excellence and if anyone leaves here unhappy, then it is just because they are having a bad day in general.
