Have been coming to this location din e opening . Must say service has gone down. I usually order on the app and lately have been receiving the wrong items. Wrong drink. Drink made poorly. Several times have taken a sip and have gotten a chick of match in my mouth. I have gotten the completely wrong drink. It just seems they don’t care.
Extremely loud among employees, while the Cashier was doing her best not to be obviously upset because of the situation, we couldn’t hear each other.
Everytime i go there, the order is wrong. I always paid for extra shot and they never do. Today i went and order a frappe and a coffe both with extra shot, paid for it and no extra shot at all. As matter of fact probably not even my order bc both cups had another name and i order through drive thru.
This is the best Starbucks location around this area the matcha is always amazing and creamy and they always put enough cold foam
