Just went, asked for an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso w/ a pump of caramel. She got confused and told me it doesn’t come with caramel. I assured her I wanted the brown sugar, and an extra pump of caramel. I’m sorry if she deals with stupid people that would order a drink they don’t want but I wanted the drink I ordered with some caramel syrup added.. that’s not what I got.
