On September 24, 2025 around 7:30 AM, I visited the Starbucks on Lucas Street in Florence, South Carolina. I attempted to order a Medicine Ball (Honey Citrus Mint Tea), but I never received my drink. The cashier, Lauren, refused to accept my $100 bill — which was the only form of payment I had with me. My family stopped at this Starbucks twice this week during a road trip to and from Charleston. The employees working here on Saturday 10/18 at 3:30 p.m. and Tuesday 10/21 at 1 p.m. were friendly and provided great service. The restrooms were also clean and tidy. Just wanted to drop a compliment to the team and the management.
The workers here are very nice and helpful! Stayed here for a few hours to get some work done and the atmosphere was good.
The experience at this Starbucks was incredible! The team members are always welcoming, attentive, and friendly. They make visits personal and enjoyable, and drinks perfect. It’s always a pleasure to stop by when the atmosphere and service are this warm and consistent. Highly recommend!
Thank you Dee for being so kind so early in the morning. Your smile literally could turn someone’s day around. Traveling can be stressful so to be able to stop and experience grace instead of the latter was such a delight. Also, thanks for making my drink because I had no idea what I was asking for, I was still sleep. ☺️
