I'm pretty disgusted with the fact that you charge people almost $7 for venti coffee and give them a 1/2 a cup. I ordered a venti, and this is what I got all because I said, I wanted no ice. You're just ripping off people's money and the customer service. Was awful? Both employees had a very bad attitude and we're unprofessional with their comments.
I had to stop in this Starbucks between appointments I ordered the medicine ball tea and the barista was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location.
The blonde girl is one of the most disrespectful people i’ve ever met working at a starbucks. I’ve never felt inclined to report an employee to a manager but this is my 2nd experience with her and both have been disappointing. Today, I declined service after having such a terrible interaction. She will run this store to the ground, this used to be a great starbucks i frequented but ever since she’s been there i’ve avoided it.
