worst matcha I’ve ever had… 6 pumps of syrup total (two payed extra for) and not sweet at all… “iced latte” but no trace of milk… so so gross and waste of money

Four people working. No one knew a darn thing. Claims “coupons in the app” are only for free standing stores??? Didn’t know how to scan app. Didn’t know much of anything $100/hr plus in labor costs. I expect better
