The two young ladies that worked this evening have the worst customer service. Very nasty attitudes, and unnecessarily argumentative. I wanted vanilla bean frappes with decaf shots, she kept trying to give me coffee base, the coffee base is not decaffeinated. I’m not sure where the disconnect was, I ordered decaf for both drinks. They were more concerned with getting back to their phones than my order. So sorry I interrupted them. Guess yall pay people to surf the web.
One of the worst customer service very inconsistent comparing to surrounding Starbucks , two girls in the front have nasty attitude and the drinks taste horrible , not made the way it should be.
How sad that you have these kinds of people who seem to be racist because we only came forward to order 5 drinks. and he spoke to us of a bad temper at the moment he spoke to us and even spoke badly to us.
