These workers are absolutely awful and are borderline lawbreaking. On multiple occasions my child has felt unsafe because of the behaviors from the workers such as the placing of foreign objects in her drink. Apparently, whats going on is all the workers abide by a 12 year old who never pays for her own food, and instead gossips about teen drama, which apparently gets her free drinks and food! I’ve grown to love the team here. Their ability to take feedback and improve should be the retail standard. They are always pleasant and informative. This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location.

The two young ladies that worked this evening have the worst customer service. Very nasty attitudes, and unnecessarily argumentative. I wanted vanilla bean frappes with decaf shots, she kept trying to give me coffee base, the coffee base is not decaffeinated. I’m not sure where the disconnect was, I ordered decaf for both drinks. They were more concerned with getting back to their phones than my order. So sorry I interrupted them. Guess yall pay people to surf the web.

One of the worst customer service very inconsistent comparing to surrounding Starbucks , two girls in the front have nasty attitude and the drinks taste horrible , not made the way it should be.
