The woman at the counter was straight-up rude. From the moment I approached, she had an attitude—rolling her eyes, rushing me, and acting like my presence was an inconvenience. She wasn’t just impatient, she was completely unprofessional and lacked even the basic courtesy you’d expect from someone in customer service. There was no greeting, no attempt to help, just a cold, condescending vibe that made the whole interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.
A white old woman is stressed all the time and this is the second time she can't make me a coffee with cinnamon just because "she had to think a lot to do it and her head was sweating a lot." She is very rude.

It was about 8:30 in the morning and there was a girl cleaning a refrigerator behind the counter. I stood there a while, waiting on her to get finished, but I had to get to work so I finally said good morning. She barely looked over her shoulder and said I’ll be with you in a minute. She literally continue to clean a refrigerator instead of putting the towel down, washing her hands and taking care of her customer. This is 100% what is wrong with this younger generation!
