Love my Starbucks employees are always nice
I wasn’t greeted upon arrival and I was the only customer in the area of the Starbucks inside of Krogers on Navarre Ave., it was just before 2pm. it was a couple of minutes of me just standing there patiently before they even said hello, but other than that, (which isn’t a big deal anyways, but a “hello I’ll be with you in a sec” or even just “hello” as acknowledgment would be nice), the experience was altogether a good one! Customer service skills are poor, unnecessary attitude and gave me a coffee that tasted no where near what it's supposed to taste like. Waste of money and time.
