Service was absolutely horrendous today(5/10/26). The barista took my order inside. After a 15 to 20 minute wait, I asked the same barista/cashier for an update. To note, people who ordered before and after, had received their orders(some also complained). She stated I’m doing drive thru orders and cannot track your order. She shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to walk off without helping. My issue is why take my order and state you’re doing something else. Have someone else do the front dine in. drink didnt have lid on, spilled out all over rest of order. how hard is it to put lid on, its literally your whole job.
Friendly, fast service, clean and well-stocked store, and drinks were delicious ♥️
