I just had the worst service. I just wanted a coffee, and the woman was confused and made the whole situation more complicated. I felt unwanted and poorly treated.
Great customer services and quick service
I just sat down to plug in my laptop and the store was not too busy. Young girl, barista, did her lobby check to clean tables and approached me to ask did I need help, and was I going to order anything. If not, she quickly said that the seating is reserved for patrons which is true. Not even 2 minutes in the store. This is unacceptable as not even enough time to get setup and order from my phone. I guess this store lost my business for the day.
