I am not going to buy anything from this Fred Meyer’s Starbucks kiosk anymore because of Jessica the barista. She always is so unpleasant that I would not drink any beverage that she makes for fear of getting sick from it. I come to the kiosk to get food and drinks not to get ragged on by Jessica. I can get free coffee at work and save lots of money making coffee at home. I avoid Jessica. All of the other baristas are wonderful. Jessica is passive aggressive, unfriendly, unhelpful. She is rude. If one of my employees was as rude to one of my clients as Jessica is to me I would fire them immediately. But I have to thank her because I make my coffee at home now and save a lot of money.

I go to this Starbucks kiosk inside Freddie’s on McGillivray a lot. Chelsea and Michelle are great. I went here Saturday 3-29-25 in the afternoon. Jessica is nasty. Was it the time of the month or is she always crazy? She acts like you are bothering her. She is really rude and she said that we can complain to management but they don’t care because her Mom is part of the management team.
