I went through the drive thru which was long line moving slowly. I also ordered a Venti sized Carmel Frappuccino with whip, when I finally got to the windows it was smaller than a Venti. I asked is that a Venti she said no. I said I ordered one. She said we'll I can redo the charges and charge you for one then make one. I said no I'm not going to cause the people behind me to wait any longer in this heat they might jump me and laughed she said OK then here is your Frappuccino and closed the windows.
