If you don't mind waiting 20-30 minutes+ for fairly simple orders, this is your place. Order ahead? You'll still wait. Order there? You'll wait longer than you think it's possible to make a drink. Unfortunately, this is the only coffee stop in this general area on my path of travel... but I get angry at myself every time I order here.
God forbid you want a coffee both days on a weekend. This place never has any cold brew / iced drinks the entire weekend. Either get it first thing Saturday morning or you won’t get it. Poor ordering from the store. This happens every single weekend. I wish Beaumont was closer, because this location is constantly out of stock of beverages&food.
This place was busy, but I've seen busier Starbucks that were on point. This Starbucks scores the lowest I've ever been to. The restroom smelled & looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. As I waited at the register to be waited on, a guy walked up behind me. The person who came to the register had to answer the guy behind me first. He said he had a quick question. Based on three or four visits, this is the slowest location I've been to in quite some time. They look busy, but that's just people stacking up in line. Also my drink is pretty simple. Venti Chai, Hot, Whole Milk. Twice out these few visits the order has been wrong.
