7 Brew coffee and customer service is very outstanding
I ordered this new drink ube and the lady who made my drink made this weird face as she called my name, didn’t even follow instructions I put in my order, and when I asked about it, she gave me a weird look and flimsy excuse. Never had a problem with other Starbucks Ive been to.
I absolutely love Starbucks. I go all the time and different locations. This was an excellent location. My favorite drink is the Carmel ribbon crunch. The workers were nice and fast. Will return to this location on next visit to Texas.
I’ve never had a single problem w/ this Starbucks location up until yesterday. Went to the drive-thru with my family, drive-thru employee asked what we wanted and we requested that we have a little more time to look over the menu since not everyone was ready to order.
