For goodness sake can you not put the tip collecting machine in front of me when IM GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. I will literally avoid any businesses that do this. I am done with the ridiculous tipping culture that is out of control and will not be a part of it. --Update: My response to owners response. No additional assistance needed. I had the WORST experience at this Starbucks location. My order was taken extremely rudely. I get the to the window and the cashier had the absolute WORST attitude and customer service I have ever experienced. She hands me my coffee and it is straight creamer! It was absolutely disgusting and I could not even drink it. I always have a great experience at this location but today the black lady with glasses ruined that for me and I will not be returning.
Satisfied with my drink but the lady at the drive thru around 10am looks like she could use a different job. No smile and seems rude towards customers on giving a tip.
