I came here on valentine’s day around 4. I ordered the dubai chocolate matcha only because the other two potential drinks i wanted , they were out of. my boyfriend order that banana bread matcha. Firstly the barista who was working rolled his eyes and he did not seem like he should be working in customer service. There is an employee who consistently appears unhappy and disengaged at work. His demeanor makes interactions uncomfortable, to the point that I now choose to order by phone rather than in person. When drinks are ready, they are slid onto the counter without any acknowledgment or indication of whose order it is no greeting or basic customer interaction. This creates an unwelcoming experience overall
