Paulina was AMAZING! She was sweet and made my order exactly the way I needed her to!!
There is an employee who consistently appears unhappy and disengaged at work. His demeanor makes interactions uncomfortable, to the point that I now choose to order by phone rather than in person. When drinks are ready, they are slid onto the counter without any acknowledgment or indication of whose order it is no greeting or basic customer interaction. This creates an unwelcoming experience overall
