This place has amazing service workers! But this place is HEAVILY UNDERSTAFFED. Given how many people are constantly ordering, management needs to put at least 2-3 more people on shift in order to keep up with customer demand. Overall, amazing experience and lovely staff! 10/10 would recommend.
Red head was FULL of attitude to my friends and I, all we did was order kindly. I asked for light ice and definitely filled ice to the brim and drink 3/4 way intentionally.

The service is just pretty bad, not even the minimum effort for customer service. Not from everyone tho just the majority. Lately as well they have been skimping out on drink by not filling them up all the way. The drink itself is already $5-$7, why do they wanna not fill it all the way.
