This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I've ever been a regular at
Employees rude , waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich that they forgot about. Employees often stand in the back and do nothing while 2 actually work making the process slow as hell.
I arrived 2-minutes after this location was supposed to be open, but it was closed. However, my pulling on the locked door seemed to remind the employees to open for the day. Once they noticed me standing outside, who I think was the manager came and unlocked the door, but didn’t open it for me and/or greet me. I approached the counter and waited for said manager to take my order, when she ask, “What do you want?” I ordered an iced coffee, as this employee reluctantly prepared my order.
