The lady was at the window at 11am on 7/7/2025 lied and ruined my birthday. It’s my birthday today and I was going to receive my free drink. I come to this Starbucks almost every day (have had my rewards for a while) and she tells me that I needed to have my Starbucks rewards for a year to receive the offer?? That’s a lie. She didn’t think to look into it or at least honor the 1 drink. I was very polite and she was very uninformed about Starbucks rewards conditions. I will no longer be coming to this Starbucks again.
