I love this Starbucks, especially being a student at NAU. But this morning I had a bad experience. I ordered an iced Chai and a warmed butter croissant. I instantly got my croissant but I was waiting 25 minutes for my Chai, and it wasn't busy much at all. When I asked them about it, there was a finished caramel macchiato under my name. They made me a new Chai in literally under 5 seconds but I shouldn't have to wait only for it to be not what I ordered.
Service was terribly slow, and none of the employees seemed to care about what was happening at Starbucks.
Placed an order, and had to wait like 15-20 minutes while everyone that ordered after me got their shit. Pretty simple drink too.
