Normally, starbucks service is like Publix, you never meet a rude employee. This location definitely changed that today. There's a young blonde girl working today who has the worst attitude and acts like it's going to kill her to talk. She charged me for a venti and gave me a small. She needs more training or maybe a job where customer service isn't involved, and needs to give customers what she decides to charge them for.
Im here all the time and audaijah makes my drink PERFECT she makes sure i like my drink makes samples for me and even makes my daughter feel welcomed that girl needs a raise!
