Waited 10 minutes at the register for her to tell me that she cannot make a pour over coffee for me because they did not have coffee filters. That's crazy that a COFFEE shop doesn't have COFFEE FILTERS. Very poor service, will not be back. How are you gonna
This is by far one of the worst Starbucks in this area. It’s absolutely ridiculous for the wait times and customer service. The wait is especially longer if you order online. They should heavily consider new management. I would suggest driving a little further to more efficient locations.

They always get my coffee right. The customer service is excellent. Love this location. Great atmosphere.
So today, I stopped by through the drive-through. The gentleman that took my order named Chris A was friendly and polite. He explained the menu to me as I had some questions about a new drink that I wanted to try. I met him at the window to pay and told him I appreciate his great service.Tay made my drink and it was delicious. Thank you for providing great service and greeting me with a smile. Both of you were upbeat and friendly. I appreciate your excellent customer service. You Rock!
