I wish I could give this location zero stars. I went in this past week and waited a good while before the barista could get off of their phone and realize I had been waiting. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and not only was the caramel missing but it was not built the proper way and looked like a regular coffee. The location was messy and looked like they hadn't swept in two weeks. I will not be returning here and I wish I could get my money back.

Very thing about this Starbucks is absolutely horrible! Their customer service is beyond the worst I’ve ever seen! Every time I have came to this location I have yet to have a positive experience!
