To long waiting. I avoid due to the cult feel this place has. Major thubs down.
Although having great experience in the past, I recently ordered a venti iced matcha with lavender cold foam. I was given attitude when I was having trouble with my order. And once given my drink, the matcha was still clumpy and just not whisked properly enough. Very disappointing experience:((
