The hot chocolate was terrible and watery
No way the lady with green eyes and glasses called me rude at drive thru for not tipping after waiting 30 minutes in line?? Also she forgot the caramel drizzle ! The audacity to treat your customers with disrespect is crazy! Who does she think she is? Yeah no tip for sure!
Staff is always so pleasant and leaves the cutest notes on orders. Always working hard and makes everyone feel welcomed!
I’ve never had to wait 35 minutes for a hot tea! 25minutes outside, waiting for it after we ordered it online on the app! And another 10 inside the store! Without even a sorry for your wait or the inconvenience!! Do better Starbucks!! Wow!
