Thomas was my barista. Let me start by saying this starbucks is frequented by me and my husband as we live around the corner. It was 3-4 hours before closing time on a Sunday, I walked up with 1 item intending to also get coffee and politely asked if I could pay for it there. He was courteous and said yes and I began to order iced coffee for me and my daughter. He stopped me and told me this is all the Iced coffee there was left and showed me a container. They won’t tell you your orders ready when you’re standing there waiting. You have to pay attention or they’ll just leave your drink on the counter.
I was given cold breakfast sandwiches and didn’t realize until I was already back in the road. Gross. They weren’t busy so not sure how that was missed. Recommend double check your food is heated before you leave the store.
Waiting 15 minutes in line just to be told they have no grilled cheese, even there was big infor available anytime.
