We go here all the time. Never an issue. Friendly staff. Perfect coffees. Our recent visit the girl didn’t know how to make a couple of our coffees and said they don’t make that at this location. We get it all the time there. Didn’t catch her name. She had a few piercings. Very un friendly
The girl today with the several ear piercings was so rude. I don’t recognize her so assuming new. No hello just stared at me with a strait face. Didn’t know how to make 2 of my drinks and said pick something else. We get drinks there daily. We will pass when she’s working
I prefer this one over the standalone. Friendly staff. Consistent quality drinks.
Springboro. I ordered a drink. I wanted to try a new type of drink. The employee at the counter was rude to me. I don't understand why I was treated that way. This was a terrible day for me. And this is not how you should treat customers.
