The young girl working the drive thru this morning is always so friendly. She always compliments my nails and has such a welcoming attitude. Overall every time I come the atmosphere here is amazing this is my go to starbucks! My drink is always made in orderly fashion and tastes amazing every time.

Rude Staff & Unprofessional Manager – Worst Starbucks Experience Ever! The other day around 4:30 PM, we stopped at this Starbucks (7021 Aliante Ave. Suite 100) and had one of the most frustrating experiences ever. Great customer service
I used to be a loyal customer at this location because the service was consistently great. Unfortunately, that has completely changed due to one employee who repeatedly demonstrates unprofessional behavior towards me. Instead of providing the same welcoming service I receive from the rest of the staff, this employee ignores me, stares, and makes me feel singled out.
