Man this place, they couldn't care less about their jobs here. They're just chit chatting with each other. Starts making the drink, leaves it halfway to continue talking to their co workers, goes back to the drink, holds in his hand while continuing to talk, like come on man, be conscious about customers time man. I should have just gone to the 7 11 across, coffee would have tasted better. Friday August 21, 6am.
I avoid this Starbucks because the cell signal around this area is horrible. I’ve been in the drive-thru and couldn’t connect to the app nor was that close enough to get on their Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi also wants your name, email address and ZIP Code. Starbucks already has my email address, I don’t need their Wi-Fi provider collecting it too.
I gave specific instructions for my drink and the young lady at the window said ok I got you. When I pulled up to the window I noticed the drink was not made correctly. I politely asked the young lady that handed me my drink if she could remake it as I handed back to her, but she already walked away. The young gentleman who took my payment told her that I wanted her to remark my drink and she had the biggest attitude and still did not make my drink correctly.
