I love this Starbucks! Their customer service is 5 stars! Shana makes my morning, she is so nice. This will be my first stop every morning
I like this location. Crew are very friendly and I appreciate the consistency. Special shout out to Shana, Aive, Mack and Brandon, whom I've gotten to know. This location is special!
This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried going here multiple times and there is always some issue. One time I was in line for 30 mins. Then my order was messed up. Many times the order is wrong and I have to go inside to get it fixed. They’re under staffed which is why it takes so long.
Found it weird how the lady at the drive through wanted me to pay her in cash for a pup cup, but the food and coffee were decent.
Terrible Starbucks. The floors were dirty, all of the things in the case were in wrappers (not on display), and they had to re-make my drink due to poor quality, twice! We never got a smile from any of the employees (even though we were really friendly) and wait easily 15 minutes for our drinks. If you’re not in the drive thru, be prepared to wait a ridiculously long amount of time.
