So here we were, about to hit the road and we decided we wanted a few sweet brews from Starbucks. Let me just start by saying when we finally took a sip of our drinks on the road, we were absolutely aghast. You know when you open a gift and immediately regret it? That was us. I reviewed this location 3 years ago and its still as bad as it was, the morning crew is usually awesome but they sucked today. Charged my husband for the wrong order, gave him all the wrong drinks, then refunded and recharged him incorrectly again, sent him home with the wrong food and my iced chai tastes like water, pleaseeeee get it together (not directed towards the normal crew who's there in mornings you guys are great)
Had a great Chai tea, tasted their chocolate croissant, which was delicious. Service was great and was very polite.
