I’ll never understand how it can come across as a good impression and feel like I’m getting my moneys worth of a $7 coffee when they fill the entire thing with ice….it was so fully of ice that the lid wouldn’t even stay on. Not the best customer service as if even if I’m the only one that walks in no one greets and I can easily read the vibe that nobody wants to help me and the workers just give eyes back and forth to one another.
Counter staff was not pleasant. Could not answer questions about product.
