For the first time I’ve gone into a Starbucks in awhile this has to be the best one! I was here last week, and I dropped in to get my lady a drink. The shift lead, I’m guessing, said she’ll be right with me, took my order, and my drink came out quick! I appreciate that. I love good customer service, I love simple skills also. Staff was upbeat, knowledgeable & super friendly! Total professionalism!
I was at the drive thru Sunday around 4pm and there was only ONE car at the drive thru in front of me just sitting and waiting to order. Took almost 10 min before anyone took their order and when I pulled forward I was told to take a look at the menu I will be right with you. Well it took another 10 min before someone came on the mic to take my order and I was told they don’t have Venti hot cup lid so they have to put my venti drink into two tall cups.
