Have to wonder what the point of having the app is. The last two days I ordered 10 minutes ahead and arrived at the promised ready time only to wait an additional 17 minutes for my order. 27 minutes to make one drink. If I had just gone through the drive through I probably would have my order in 5-10 minutes, tops. I understand keeping the drive through moving but that should not mean ignoring the app orders. Pickup order is never ready on time. Always 5-10 minutes after expected time. Today was nearly 15 mins after.
With chain coffee places, the bar get’s raised; It gets harder to separate the good from the great. This Starbucks has found a way to separate itself from the rest, not inly by providing excellent-crafted drinks and wraps, but by going above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of.
