Why can’t you people stop charging me for another coffee this is the second time
Took over 15 minutes for my order that was supposed to be 3 to 6 minutes because there were three ladies working in there only one making drinks and taking orders and she was more focused on the drive-through than my mobile order. Then, on both of my cold drinks, she only filled my cup 3/4 of away. There is more ice in there than there is drink
Have to wonder what the point of having the app is. The last two days I ordered 10 minutes ahead and arrived at the promised ready time only to wait an additional 17 minutes for my order. 27 minutes to make one drink. If I had just gone through the drive through I probably would have my order in 5-10 minutes, tops. I understand keeping the drive through moving but that should not mean ignoring the app orders. Pickup order is never ready on time. Always 5-10 minutes after expected time. Today was nearly 15 mins after.
