My elderly mother and I had a horrible experience. We were made fun of by the baristas working between 11:30-12:00 a.m. 10/3/25. Through the drive-thru. Extremely unethical for one thing. Why have a job that you don't even respect the job or the customers??? The world is crazy enough and people are mean for no reason. How about put out some kindness and be intentional with it? Lost us as your customers. I am sure the owner would not be happy about it. I am sure we are not the only one's treated like that. Very hurtful 😔
If I can give zero Stars I would whoever is working today in the Drive-Thru September 26th 2025 doesn't know how to do their job nor does anybody else I ordered from here got a white mocha frappe with caramel extra caramel it's simple but yet it was wrong handed me something totally different and then told me that I have to pay for whipped cream and caramel separate I'm aware there's an extra charge for the caramel but they wanted to double double charge me for it and then charge me for whipped cream when it already comes on... read more
As usual not consistency with there drinks. By the time I delivered to the wife I was not able to give back to make right. But when you ask for a white chocolate mocha, you think you would get white chocolate syrup with it. Bummer Starbucks is so expensive for a hit or miss drink
This is about the 10th different location in the past 2 months where I ordered a dark roast and received the blonde roast. But that's not even the worst part; I placed a mobile order via the app for a tall cafe Verona and when I arrived to the store there was a sign on the door that said 'cafe closed please use the drive through window' so I obliged and drove around to the window.
