I placed an order thru doordash for a venti iced caramel macchiato with cold foam. and when i received it was with no cold foam. What can i do?? i payed for it
This Starbucks location has been going downhill over the past year, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I placed a mobile order around 7:40 a.m. There was already a long line, which is expected on a Sunday morning, but I ended up waiting almost an hour to get my order. During that time, the drive-through suddenly stopped moving, and it seemed like they were closing it for some reason. No one came out to explain what was happening. 20 minutes at the drive through
Very nice and spacious Starbucks and the staff is also very nice. Unfortunately, they are severely understaffed. I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in 14 minutes which was already a long time and it actually took 22 minutes. Suggestion would be if you’re in a hurry choose another Starbucks, if you are not, this is a very nice place.
