This is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. The music is always so loud it isn’t a pleasant or inviting atmosphere. Slow service, lots of errors.

Always loved the place and the ambiance of Starbucks. What i liked more is they had bins that offered free coffee grounds for gardens.
They have great food, but the service is literally terrible. The manager acts like they hate their job and seems like she has NO communication skills and they’re slow. Honestly, the manager is just straight up rude. I have nothing but positive things to say about the other staff.
Literally worst service I’ve EVER gotten at a Starbucks. The drive thru lady was rude the manager was being difficult and no one was held accountable. I asked if I could have matcha powder and ice in a cup since I’m on a certain diet and cannot have sugar. I mentioned if pay for the regular matcha latter drink or whatever matcha drink they wanted to ring me up for. And they literally refused. And rudely.
