Always loved the place and the ambiance of Starbucks. What i liked more is they had bins that offered free coffee grounds for gardens.
They have great food, but the service is literally terrible. The manager acts like they hate their job and seems like she has NO communication skills and they’re slow. Honestly, the manager is just straight up rude. I have nothing but positive things to say about the other staff.
Literally worst service I’ve EVER gotten at a Starbucks. The drive thru lady was rude the manager was being difficult and no one was held accountable. I asked if I could have matcha powder and ice in a cup since I’m on a certain diet and cannot have sugar. I mentioned if pay for the regular matcha latter drink or whatever matcha drink they wanted to ring me up for. And they literally refused. And rudely. Stay away from this location. Overcrowded, unorganized and you will never get your mobile order.
This location is one of 2 in the area that makes the best drinks. The staff is super friendly. My go to drink is Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it’s usually made correctly. Recently though, I ordered this drink and it was super white - way too much cream. I asked the barista if I could get some more cold brew but was told No. They were not willing to remake the drink correctly. It was super sweet and had much more cream than cold brew coffee. Disappointing.
