It would be nice if they offered me a coupon for a free drink or two thank you. This does not taste like a vent caramel frappe blended in cookie crumbs and extra caramel and mocha. Thank you. Johnny is rude. I started asking him a question about my drink just for him to abruptly interrupt me to reconfirm that I had a mobile order. He shut me down so he could help the next person. Don't expect service here.
