Constantly ask for a tip at the drive through on a dirty pin pad. It takes a couple seconds to clean. I question whether everything else in there is being cleaned before coffee and food are being made.
Everyone here was so friendly and attentive. My drink was great, too. I don’t remember any names to call out anyone specifically, but they were all great.

I stopped by this Starbucks before work today and had such a great experience. The whole team was so kind and welcoming. I could tell the manager was present after looking the business cards I saw his name was bryce, and I really want to commend him—his leadership truly stood out. You could see how he uplifted his team and created such a positive environment. As a manager myself, I know how important that culture is, and it was really inspiring to witness.
