I'm back after 7 months. Still no toilet paper in the bathroom (my last review was literally 100% still true). Employees seem annoyed to exist. Seems like any form of ownership or management is non-existent. This place sucks. Friendly regulars outside though. Go to another Starbucks or drive a mile or two further down Ritchie to Panera. Better yet, get local coffee.
I get at least 3 lattes a day as well as breakfast at this location. The baristas are always pleasant and rushing around working hard and my drinks are always perfect. However, the fact that their lobby and online orders are down more than 3 times a week is poor management. This throws off my entire morning and the fact that it’s a busy location with 4 highways right next to it, I’m guessing I’m not the only one. I’m very close to saving the $8 per drink and going to royal farms. Get it together Starbucks
They only Starbucks I can trust to make my drinks delicious...I'm a regular customer and they rarely disappoint me❣️
Ordered my drink online. Came to the drive thru and the person who greated me said .."we just got your one drink order about 2 minutes ago and it takes us 5 minutes to make it. I need you to park and come inside". There was nobody behind me but I did followed instruction and parked. I waited 3 minutes and got on the drive up line again just to wait another 10 minutes as they prepare the other people's orders. This is really poor service and it is selective.
