This is the only Starbucks I ever been to that took over 10 minutes to prepare two hot coffees with only two customers in the store. My son and I. Needless to say I got a refund (minus the tip. Since they claimed they couldn’t refund it) and left. So for all intents and purposes I went into this Starbucks just to donate money to the inefficient (Hamir/Hameer? I’m looking at you kid) and unprofessional staff.
