My Chai Latte was awesome
The barista that was working the evening of 8/22/25 at 430p that was making the drinks (dark shag hair, tattoos and piercings), worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. With inflation you can make Starbucks drinks better at home and save money. I got an espresso machine for my birthday. I have been making matcha latte and chai latte (Tazo Chai Latte Concentrate from Walmart or Amazon) at home for a long time. Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate is $8.99. It’s 32 ounces and equivalent to about 96 ounces of coffee beverages when reconstituted with water, milk, etc. No need to give Starbucks any of your money!!! :-)
I have been going to this Starbucks for years. Within the last few months, the inconsistency in the drinks I order is disappointing. They rarely are good anymore. Will have to go further to get it how I want it.
