I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew, but they gave me a regular Cold Brew instead. When I pointed it out, the staff seemed reluctant to correct the mistake. Worse, I noticed a clear difference in how they treated customers—warm and welcoming to white customers, but dismissive toward people of color. Everyone deserves respectful service, and I hope this location improves its customer service and ensures all patrons are treated equally.

Your friend gave me a cup full of foam and when I told him I didn't really need that much foam, I just wanted to change it, he gave me cold milk. It's not even coffee, it's the first time I tried my regular coffee in this store and it's really bad.
