Edit in January 2026: Sadly, the store went through renovations and staff changed, the quality of drinks has spiraled downwards. Now all I get is 1.5 inches of foam in a Grande cup which I have showed to staff on two occasions and the rest of the times I just couldn't be bothered to waste my time by showing them the cup and then waiting another 10 minutes before my drink is ready. The greatest Starbucks team in VA. Full stop. We visit multiple times a week and always receive a warm welcome.
The best Starbucks in the area!! Consistently good drinks, fast service and very very friendly baristas. Special shoutout to Amber who always serves the best drinks everyday and remembers small details on orders even when I miss them!!
I went in on a Saturday morning and I was expecting a warm friendly welcome. Instead I was treated like a criminal 🙄. No good morning, just a I need to see some proof that this is your order when nobody else needed to show proof. You get the gist. I will not go back. I do not recommend. This just shows that their friendliness is selective. i.e Fake
