It really sucks that you guys shut down the oven more then an hour before you even close. And then you close way before 8pm.
Just now went through the drive through and the employee working it made my awful day so so much better. My drink is always with vanilla sweet cream and ordered online, but 9/10 times it gets left out and made with cold foam instead, then they double down that it’s in there even when it’s way too dark to have it— this employee caught it right away, said she would get it fixed and did so quickly and like in a real and happy to do so empathetic way?! My coffee is always wrong even after being made twice and one of the cups I wanted was on the counter being held for someone else, not already purchased just being held for someone to buy. Super disappointing!
