When I walked in Mady and Sydney greeted me like never before in Starbucks . Taylor was a good greeter also . They helped me with my order and even added extra cream to it ! THANK YOU MADY FOR BEING SO SWEET
There was only one customer inside, when I ordered a hot coffee with hazelnut and almond milk. After 20 minutes, I asked what was going on. Her response was "I wasn't the one who took your order, but here you are." She made my order and handed me a $4 gift card. I appreciated the gift card but an apology or at least have a nice day would have gone a long way.
First time stopping in Newberry and getting a grande strawberry acai lemonade. The employees were super friendly.
