I went to the store in search of a red cup. Upon my arrival I met, Sydney. I asked her first did she have any red cups. She immediately said yes. Then I asked did you have to order a special size to get the cup and she advised no, just one of the holiday drinks. stood at the register for about 10 mins before I just walked off. It was 5pm 11/7 & the Curvier light skinned girl just completely ignored me didn’t acknowledge me or anything just had her headphones in ridiculous. I work at a corporate Starbucks and a simple “ I will be right with you would’ve sufficed “ but no nothing at all just ridiculous. Took my business to another Starbucks up the street .
The young man with glasses and lady with the short (colored hair I think). If you see them working.. just you know your drink is going to be good! They make a better iced coffee than the Starbucks in front of Publix would EVER. I’ve given up on the Starbucks in front of Publix across the street every drink they make doesn’t taste good. I’m coming to the Starbucks in Kroger from now on. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for having good taste!
I swear, all Starbucks stores need to retrain their barista’s. Most of them do not know the difference between a macchiato and a latte. They make them both exactly the same. A macchiato should not be full of hot milk. It should have a head of foam on it. My cup should not be full. A latte is more milky. A macchiato should be 1/3 foam. They are too busy, trying to rush out orders that they don’t take the time to froth the milk into a foam to give you a head of foam to make a macchiato so they just give you a latte.
