Bad service, I've been there several times and this has happened to me. They always say they don't have 100% change. They're supposed to have change. We definitely won't be returning to this place.

Young lady working barista at 2pm on July 15th asked me in the drive thru to clarify my order which was an iced matcha with a splash of sweet cream to which I confirmed and she verbally said “ew” with a disgusted face, as if I asked her to make it with urine. I don’t get out much so being judged over a matcha order was disappointing. The man working drive through was very nice but I couldn’t tip knowing she would share it.
