Served cold coffee even though I asked specifically for hot coffee. I took it back to ask for fresh one. No apologies expressed. Indifferent staff and poor quality service. I regret paying tip.
Service and quality of drinks are inconsistent. Takes way too long to take an order. Requested oat milk for a drink but got cow’s milk instead. Temperature on drinks sometimes not as hot as they should be. Much much better training needed all around. This store needs more experienced staff ASAP to do well. Positive is the atmosphere is nicer and preferable to other locations.
