I work nearby and come here for coffee quite often. Normally, my drinks are pretty good, but for some reason, the quality has been terribly disappointing lately. I’m not sure if the staff have been rushing and not paying attention to customers’ orders, but my coffee today literally looked like someone had already taken a few sips out of it. I asked for extra ice, and this is what I received. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. I expected much better.
This Starbucks required a purchase for drinking water. I brought in my reusable water bottle and they refused to refill my metal water bottle or provide a cup of water—as literally every other business does. I am disappointed to know that an essential like water requires a purchase when no public water sources are near.
Collin is kind and helpful. We had a somewhat complicated order and he took care of it with ease.
