This Starbucks location was very disappointing. The building looks neglected, with dirty windows and cluttered views inside, which creates an uninviting atmosphere. In a town like New Hope, known for its charm and beauty, this stands out in a negative way. Unfortunately, after seeing this, I will not be returning.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks. I asked for ice, and they refused to provide it without charging extra. This is a basic service that should be offered to customers without an additional fee. Hopefully, they can improve this aspect of their customer service in the future.”
