The person who made my cappuccino didn't know how to make it at all. She just poured the milk into the coffee and used a spoon to transfer the foam. When she saw the cup wasn't full. She knocked off more foam and then used a spoon again. A cappuccino isn't just milk + coffee + foam — it's about integrated texture and balance. What I got was more like an awkward DIY latte with spooned foam on top.
Coffee is NOT fresh, it's in a thermos and ALWAYS cold. Don't go to this one, take time and goto Real Starbucks across the street
