I’ve been many Starbucks around the US. Always so friendly but not Cambridge…I even thanked the worker to her face while picking up my cup off the counter…no response. This has been my experience the hundred times I’ve went here. I don’t think that anybody that works there know what customer service means. And I work in customer service so I would know. The front doors are always dirty too.
